This page describes how we scope, build and hand over a piece of work, whichever service it sits under.

Every engagement starts the same way: we agree what problem is being solved and write it down, including what is explicitly out of scope. That document is what we deliver against, and changing it is a conversation rather than an invoice surprise.

How the work runs

Common questions

The questions we get asked most before a project starts. If yours is not here, ask it directly and an engineer will answer.

Against a written scope, not a rate card. Fixed milestones for a project build, a monthly rate for a dedicated team, a small fixed fee for an AI pilot.
The engineers doing the work. There is no account manager layer relaying messages between you and the people writing the code.
A dedicated team is monthly rolling. A project build stops at the milestone boundary. Either way you keep everything produced up to that point.
Usually within one to two weeks for a dedicated team, and sooner for a pilot. We will tell you our honest availability rather than promising a start date we cannot hold.
