Dizitalogic is an AI first software company. We build agents, retrieval systems and the full stack products they run inside, for clients across six markets. Twenty plus engineers, working in your stack and your timezone.

Questions worth asking any AI company

A working prototype on your own data takes two to three weeks. A production system handling real volume is usually six to twelve weeks, and the variable is almost never the model. It is how many systems the agent has to reach into and how clean the data behind them is. We tell you which of those two is driving the estimate before you commit.

No. Your data answers your queries and nothing else. Retrieval keeps your documents in a vector store you control, and we can run the entire stack inside your own cloud account if your policy requires it. If you are on a regulated contract, tell us at the scoping call and we will design for it from the start rather than retrofitting.

We assume it will, and design for that rather than around it. Agents run against an evaluation set before release. Steps where being wrong is expensive stop for human approval. Every tool call and model response is logged, so when something looks off you can see exactly what the system did and why, instead of guessing.

No. Model choice sits behind an abstraction layer, so OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Llama or Mistral can be swapped for a given task without touching your application code. Most systems we run in production use more than one, picked per step on cost, latency and accuracy. That also protects you when a provider changes its pricing or deprecates a model, which happens more often than anyone would like.

It depends on which of the three models you pick, and we quote against a written scope rather than a rate card. A project build is priced against fixed milestones so the number does not move unless the scope does. A dedicated team is a monthly rate per engineer. An AI pilot is a small fixed fee, because its job is to tell you whether the larger spend is worth making. Ask us and you will get a number, not a range.

You do. Code is written in your repositories where possible, and handed over with documentation in every case. Any fine tuned model or prompt set built during the engagement is yours. We do not hold anything back as leverage, and there is no licence you have to keep paying to keep running what we built.

Yes, and it is most of what we do. We join your standups, use your board and your review process, and write in the conventions already in the codebase rather than importing our own. If your team has never shipped an AI feature before, we pair with them deliberately so the knowledge stays after we leave.

We stay on through the first weeks while your team takes the system over, because that is when the real edge cases arrive. After that you can keep us on a support arrangement, move to a dedicated team, or take it entirely in house. All three are normal and we will tell you honestly which one we think you need.

If your question is not here, ask it directly. You will get an answer from an engineer, not a sales script.
