One month, rolling. We ask for notice so nobody is left mid sprint, but there is no long lock in and no penalty for scaling down.
We agree overlapping hours before starting rather than promising full coverage we cannot hold. Most clients get four to six hours of overlap, which is enough for standups and live review.
